PURPOSE: The titled device in which the doffing bar equipped with a plurality of bobbin holders is fixed to the upper and back part of the bobbin holding part at a specific state, thus enabling the holder to move detouring around the projections such as rolle parts in the frame.

CONSTITUTION: The doffing bar 24 equipped with a plurality of bobbin holders is positioned to the upper and back part of the bobbin holder. The bar 24 is suspended so that the bar can rotate around the holder shaft 21 which extends in parallel with the spindle line of the frame and pulled back upward with a spring 48. The projection for connection comes into contact with the lower surface of the lever 16 supporting the shaft 21 to regulate the rotation of the bar 24 and keep the doffing bar 24 level. An excessive force does not act on the spindle, even if the bobbin holder goes back, when the bottom the bobbin is lower than the top of the spindle.
