CONSTITUTION: A driving motor makes a left rotating member 2 and a protrusion 3 protruded upward at the peripheral neighborhood thereof rotate clockwise, and a right rotating member 22 and a protrusion 23 protruded upward at the peripheral neighborhood thereof counterclockwise. The rotation of the protrusions 3 and 23 make a rotating cam members 4 and 24 rotate from basic points 4a and 24a of rotating origins respectively, while engaging with cam grooves 4b and 24b of the rotating cam members 4 and 24 respectively, so that dolls A and B placed at each end of the rotating cam members 4 and 24 are moved. At the same time, disc members 5 and 25 are also rotated, so that the dolls A and B initially facing to the front turn in the direction of a pipe P and another P.
