Abstract:

To make the strength of a doll shape hanger stronger and the shape more realistic by piling up corrugated boards of members so that grains of the corrugated board alternately cross each other, making a nut at a joint a cylindrical nut with claw protruded inside to engage with corrugated board, and putting a rubber sheet in between the surface board and the backside board and rotary member.

A substrate is constituted by piling up corrugated boards. At that time, machine direction grain corrugated boards and cross direction grain corrugated board are alternately piled up and adhered. Next, parts of a human printed on the substrate are cut along the outline of each part by a cutter knife. Holes for connecting into a doll shape are bored on each parts by a drill. A bolt 5 and a nut 6 are used to connect parts using an axis. A cylindrical nut with claw 7 protruded inside and a flat head 8 on the end part is used as the nut 6. A back joint board 12 is clamped by border faces of other members m clamped by between the surface board 3 and the backside board 4.
