Accordingly, when the link 6 is extended by forcibly pushing down the straightening plate 7 against the action of the spring, the parallel link 6 is engaged, while if the straightening plate 7 in engaged state is released from the engagement state, the parallel link 6 is returned upward by the action of the spring, and can be folded automatically.
