Abstract:

To downsize a device at which a dome-like spring is installed, and surely obtain a click action.

The dome-like spring 2 causes buckling by its depression, and when the dome-like spring is buckled, at least a part of a neutral face of a movable part has a non-spherical shape. This non-spherical shape is expressed by an even function of the sixth order or more, and in an angle α between a substrate 3 and the dome-like spring 2 at an inflection point of the even function corresponding to a position between the center and the outer diameter of the dome-like spring 2, and an angle β between the substrate 3 and the dome-like spring2 at the inflection point of the even function corresponding to the outer diameter of the dome-like spring 2, the inequality α<β is satisfied.
