PURPOSE: To permit the effective area of a touch input to be the whole surface of a picture and also to prevent parallax so as to attain high precision by making a transparent plastic film where a transparent conductive material thin film is coated, dome-shaped and studding with transparent spacers on its projected surface.
CONSTITUTION: A dome-shaped transparent plate 2 is arranged on the external surface of a television picture 1 and a thin film layer 3 of transparent conductive material (ITO, for example) is coated on the external surface at the projected surface side of the transparent plate 2. Multiple and excessively small transparent dot spacers 4 are scattered on the projected surface of the transparent plate 2. A thin film layer 5 of transparent conductive material is also coated on the recessed surface part of the dome-shaped transparent plastic film 4 which corresponds to the projected surface with the spacers 4. Thus, the generation of parallax is prevented, the permanent distortion of a touch surface, that is, the thin film layer 3, at the time of repeatedly using is also prevented and the almost whole surface of the television picture 1 is utilized as a touch switch surface. The touch input is made to be highly precise.
