Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the mounting of side beam, door hinge, door lock and door upper panel on a door outer panel.
CONSTITUTION: A door hinge 3 is installed at one end of a side beam 2 disposed inside a door outer panel 1 of car body, while a door lock 4 is installed at the other end. Both sides of a door upper panel 5 disposed at an upper part of the side beam 2 are mounted on upper parts at both ends of the side beam 2. Lower parts at both ends of the side beam 2 are fixed to both the sides of a door lower panel 6 disposed at a lower part inside the door outer panel 1, and thereby the side beam 2 is mounted on the door outer panel 1 through the door lower panel 6. The beam 2, hinge 3, lock 4 and panel 5 are mounted in this way on the inner side of the panel 1, together with the panel 6.
