A stainless steel sheet 20 being a ferrite system SUS430 on which three-layer structure clear film is applied and having surface finish being NO.4 is used as a door outer box 13, and a first layer 22 is formed such that 3.6 wt.pts. delustering agent and 1.5 wt.pts. oil repellent lubricant based on 100 wt.pts. polyester resin, are mixed. The mixture is coated on the surface side of the steel sheet by a transfer system. After a given time, a layer 23 being a second layer is coated. The layer 23 is formed such that, based on 100 wt.pts. the resin, 2 wt.pts. an antibacterial agent, 3.6 wt.pts. a delustering agent, and 1.5 wt.pts. oil repellent lubricant are mixed and coated for formation. Further, after a given time elapses, a layer 24 being a third layer is coated. The layer 24 is formed in a way that based on 100 wt.pts. the prescribed resin layer, 0.5 pts.wt. a pigment for coloring, 7 pts.wt. an antibacterial agent, 3.6 wt.pts. a delustering agent, and 1.5 wt.pts. oil repellent lubricant are mixed.
