A second acrylic plate 2 is adhered to an end portion of a main body attaching side of an acrylic plate 1, a hinge pin inserting hole 3 is provided to the adhering portion, a hinge pin 4 and a spring 5 are inserted to the hinge pin inserting hole 3 thereby forming a hinge portion, a reinforcing body 6 having an almost channel-shaped cross section is attached to right and left end portions of the acrylic plate 1 without using the machine screw or the like, a notch 8 to which the hinge pin 4 is connectable is provided at a position facing the hinge portion of a reinforcing body 6 at the main body attaching side, and the reinforcement of the acrylic plate 1 and the anti-pull-out of the hinge pin 4 are commonly used.
