Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lighten a door for a building integrally molded by plastics, to reduce cost, to mass-produce the doors while strengthening a hinge and the fixing section of a door lock and to enable high-grade appearance.
CONSTITUTION: A door is molded integrally by foamed plastics. There is a non-formable layer 1 on the surface of the door, and there is a foamed layer 2 in the door. There is also the non-formable layer 1 on the surface of a buried fixing member 4, and the non-formable layer 1 is connected to the non-formable layer 1 on the surface of the door. There is a fine foamed layer 3, in which bubbles are scaled down as the non-formable layer 1 approaches and bubbles are scaled up as the foamed layer 2 side approaches, on the boundary of the non-formable layer 1 and the foamed layer 2.
