Abstract:
To provide a compact door hinge that meets the needs of laboratory equipment.SOLUTION: A door hinge 10 comprises a hollow body 14 having a first longitudinal axis 16 and a curved side wall 18 including an orbit 20. At least a part of an orbit 20 is inclined relatively to the first longitudinal axis 16. The door hinge 10 further comprises a linear guide element 22 having a second longitudinal axis 24 parallel to the first longitudinal axis 16. At least a part of the linear guide element 22 is arranged inside the hollow body 14. The linear guide element 22 and the hollow body 14 are rotatable relative to each other. The door hinge 10 further comprises a body 26 including a protruding pin 28. The body 26 is movably attached to the linear guide element 22. The body 26 is movable in two opposite directions along the second longitudinal axis 16. The protruding pin 28 is movable on the orbit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
