To provide an easily manufactured door leaf for a railroad vehicle, a fastening structure, and the door leaf for the railroad vehicle.SOLUTION: A door leaf for a railroad vehicle includes a tapping screw binding a vertical frame and a horizontal frame by being tapped and screwed into a bottom hole 30 provided on the horizontal frame by going through the vertical frame. A wall forming a bottom hole 30 in the horizontal frame has a contact region A1 coming into contact with the tapping screw on a surface orthogonal to the axial direction of the tapping screw and a non-contact region A2 not coming into contact with the tapping screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
