Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to deadlock in an actuator case.
CONSTITUTION: There are installed a motor 14, a gear 15, a reduction sear 16, a rotor 17, a rod 22 and an output lever 10 inside a case 13 of an actuator 9. The rotor 17 is rotated with the motor 14 by way of the reduction gear 16 and the gear 15 and a spindle 13e. The rod 22 is connected to the rotor 17 by means of a connection shaft 21 on one end while it is connected to the output lever 10 by means of a connection pin 29 on the other end. The output lever 10 is connected to a lock mechanism on one end. When locked or unlocked, the connection shaft 21 which pivots the rod 22 with the rotor 17 is positioned on one direction side of a straight line which links the connection pin 29, which connects the output lever 10 to the rotor 17 with the spindle 13e. When deadlocked, it is positioned on the other direction side including the straight line.
