Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door-lock apparatus.SOLUTION: The door-lock apparatus according to the present invention can minimize a loss of driving force due to a lateral pressure of a thumb-turn gear and a thumb-turn rotating body or an assembled structure thereof and minimize a load during a manual operation of the thumb-turn rotating body or the assembled structure thereof. A groove that functions as an idling section of the driving force is formed at the thumb-turn rotating body or the assembled structure thereof. As a result, when a lever (or knob) is manually rotated in order to lock or unlock a lockset of the door-lock apparatus, the manual rotation of the lever (or knob) for locking or unlocking of the lockset separately from a driving motor is smoothly achieved with a small force, and also a load of the driving motor is minimized.
