The cellular phone is provided with an IC card mounting part and has a means for transmitting certification information of an IC card to the processing device. The processing device has a means for receiving automobile door key confirmation information from the server, an automobile door key detection means for transmitting radio waves and reading inherent information, a means for transmitting automobile door key existence information for the server when receiving the inherent information as a result of detection processing, a storage means for storing the certification information, a means for receiving the certification information, and a door lock control means for releasing door locking when receiving the certification information on the condition that the inherent information is received.
