To facilitate the arrangement works of a wire and to reduce the number of parts by integrally forming bent pieces and a cut-up piece to a metal base of a door lock unit and by pinchingly fixing a wire coated with an outer tube.
A door closure device for an automobile is so constituted that a drive unit and a door lock unit are connected to each other by a wire 5. Bent pieces 45, 46, 49, 50 and a cut-up piece 30 are integrally formed with the upper sides 44, 48 and a lower part of a metal panel L-shaped base 13 of this door lock unit respectively. A wire 5 coated with an outer tube 14 is pinched between the bent pieces 45, 46, 49, 50, and prevented from being released by hooks 47, 51 formed in the tips of the bent pieces 46, 49, and the tip of the outer tube 14 is pressedly fixed in a groove 30a notched in a notch part 30 so as to be engaged with the door lock unit device via a ball 31 provided in the tip of the wire 5. This constitution can facilitate the arrangement works of the wire 5 and reduce the number of parts used in arranging the wire 5.
