To provide a door lock for simplifying a structure of respective constituting parts, preventing abrasion by secular use, reducing a malfunction, improving dirability, and capable of outputting a signal to an external part, by making vertical/lateral arrangement of a clock case and a dimension in the thickness direction compact.

A dead hub 4 is composed of a hub body 10 moving back and forth a dead bolt 5 and a control hub 20 fitted in the hub body 10 and rotatably operable at a specific angle from the external part. Ball holes 13 and 23 for taking in and out a ball 30, are formed in the hub body 10 and the control hub 20. These hub body 10 and control hub 20 are constituted so as to be integrally rotated or so that only the control hub 20 is rotated. This door lock has a ring 40 arranged in the control hub 20, a sliding member 50 having an engaging part 51 engaging with an engagement receiving part 41 of the ring 40, and a switch 61 electrically displaying a locking state of the dead bolt 5 via a switch hub 60 by the movement of the sliding member 50.
