Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the enlargement of the mounting surface of a main body, and improve the assemblability of a door locking device.
SOLUTION: In the door locking device for the automobile, an engaging mechanism being followed up to door open-close operation and capable of being rotated between an open place corresponding to the open place of the door and a full-latch place corresponding to the closed place of the door is housed in the housing section 2a of the main body 2, and the door locking device has a detecting switch 9 capable of detecting the open-close places of the door while having an actuator 9a slid and contacted on the cam surface 3a of the engaging mechanism, followed up to the revolution of the engaging mechanism and pushed to an operating place. A switch mounting section 7 with a through- hole 7a communicating with the outside and the housing section 2a is formed to the main body 2 at that time, a switch case 8, in which the detecting switch 9 is housed, is fixed onto the switch mounting section 7, and an actuator 9a for the detecting switch 9 is slid and contacted to the cam surface 3a of the engaging mechanism through the through-hole 7a.
