Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure a door locking device which forms a lock box into a specific shape so as not to make a handle jut out of both sides of a door in a normal state and simultaneously have the handle and a latch mechanism built in the lock box in an ingenious manner.
CONSTITUTION: This door locking device is provided with a spatial part 11 surrounded by a lock box 1 at the outside of this lock box 1, a thin handle 2 installed in this spatial part 11, a turning longitudinal shaft 30 to which the handle 2 is connected, a handle reset means 4 linked up with the turning longitudinal shaft 30, a holder 6 being clamped to the lock box 1, a latch lever 7 being supported by the holder 6 free of slide motion having energized a latch head 71 in a direction projectable, and a retractor 8 being linked up with the turning longitudinal shaft 30 and drawing in the latch lever 7. Likewise, the latch head 71 is formed into a prismatic form setting its plane form into a parallelogram, while it is pivotally supported on the latch lever 7, and besides, the operation is properly controlled by a control means 3.
