To provide a door locking releasing device of vehicle capable of ensuring sufficient degree of freedom in mounting a latch release operation member and preventing the occurrence of erroneous operation.
This door locking releasing device of vehicle includes door locking parts J1, J2 for holding a door in a closed condition by meshing a latch 66r on a door 2 side with a striker Rs on a door opening fringe side to allow the door to be opened by releasing the meshing, an electric locking releasing means 180 for releasing meshing of the latch in the door locking parts with the striker, and a manual locking releasing means 200 for releasing the meshing of the latch in the door locking parts with the striker by manual operation. The manual locking releasing means includes an operation lever 236 supported pivotally to swing on a vehicle interior side of the door 2 and in a front part more than the center in the fore-and-aft direction X of the door. A swing end part 236c of the operation lever is swung onto a front side Xf of the vehicle to transmit operation force to the door locking parts J1, J2.
