To provide door open-close auxiliary equipment for a car capable of opening and closing and locking and unlocking a door containing a latch/an unlatch only by applying a small force to a door knob for the car when a user of the car opens and closes the door.
In the door open-close auxiliary equipment for the car with a smart key system, a call signal is transmitted to the periphery from an onboard antenna, a response signal from a smart key corresponding to the call signal is received and an authentication is conducted and the unlocking standby state of the door is brought (S100 to S120). Then, when the force applied to the door knob is detected, the door is unlocked, the latch is unlatched and a force corresponding to the force applied to the door knob is provided for assisting the opening and closing of the door. The auxiliary force is not provided when the force is not applied to the door knob, and the auxiliary force is not provided at the point of time (S130 to S190) when the force applied to the door knob reaches zero before the door is opened totally.
