Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desirable mechanism for opening and closing a door provided to the passage through which a sleeper, a wheelchair, etc., can pass or a sickroom doorway part in a comparatively large-sized doorway part in a hospital, etc., and to provide a doorway device making use of such an opening and closing door.
SOLUTION: A traveling rail 6 is provided to an upper side section in a traveling area by a top hinged swinging door system, and a traveling roller 3 of a hanger 2 provided to the top of a door 1 is interlocked with the traveling roller 6 to make the door 1 travel. In that case, a joint section 4 is provided to the hanger 2 or in the vicinity thereof, a damping cam plate 5 pivoting the basic end side thereon is provided to the end side in passing area upward of the traveling rail 6, and a double acting elastic material 8 is placed to the damping cam plate 5.
