To provide a door opening-closing structure of a vehicle capable of securing rigidity of a finger hooking part, while improving operability of a switch.
A door opening-closing structure 1 comprises a switch holding body 5 fixed to a back door panel 4 and holding a lock release switch 6. A rear garnish 9 is joined to the back door panel 4 so as to cover the switch holding body 5. The finger hooking part 10 having a finger hooking surface 10a for hooking fingers F is arranged between the lock release switch 6 and a lower end part 9a of the rear garnish 9. A load applying rib 14 projecting to the rear garnish 9 side is provided on an opposite side surface of the finger hooking surface 10a in the finger hooking part 10. A reverse surface of the rear garnish 9 is provided with a load receiving rib 15 projecting so as to extend to the finger hooking part 10 side and engaging with the load applying rib 14.
