PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door power generation device etc. that suppress damage to a gear.SOLUTION: A door power generation device 9 comprises: a power generator 42 for converting rotational energy of an outdoor side operation member 41 provided on an outdoor side wall surface 2c to electric energy; a transmission mechanism 44 including a first gear 60 for transmitting rotation of the outdoor side operation member 41 to the power generator 42; and a buffer mechanism 45 provided between the outdoor side operation member 41 and the first gear 60. The buffer mechanism 45 includes a torque restriction unit 67 for making magnetic attraction force act between the outdoor side operation member 41 and the first gear 60. The torque restriction unit 67 permits the first gear 60's rotation driven by the outdoor side operation member 41, when the outdoor side operation member 41 has been rotated using force smaller than preset magnetic attraction force; and makes the outdoor side operation member 41 perform idling rotation with respect to the first gear 60 to restrict the first gear 60's rotation driven by the outdoor side operation member 41, when the outdoor side operation member 41 has been rotated using force equal to or larger than the preset magnetic attraction force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
