This door stop T is installed on one side plate surface (d) of the sliding door D on the side opposed to an opening part 10 in a state of projecting an elastic door stop part 30 in the sliding door opening-closing direction from a hold by being sandwiched by its sliding door D and the hold 16 of a hold member 15. When opening and closing the sliding door, door stop rubbers 35 and 36 of the elastic door stop part 30 control an opening-closing stroke by stopping the sliding door D in a full closure position or a full opening position by abutting on vertical frame materials 12 and 13 of a door frame F.
