Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stop which makes walking and the movement of a transported article safe and improves the beautiful sight of a floor face surrounding a door and moreover can be installed even in a small underfloor space.
SOLUTION: This door stop is composed of a casing 3 which is buried on a floor surface and has a slit 10 formed on its upper face; a arm 5 which is accommodated inside the casing 3 and oscillationally connected to one end of the inside of the casing 3; a buffer body 6 which abuts against the upper face of a free end of the arm 5 on its lower face and oscillationally connected to the other end of the inside of the casing 3; a plate 7 which is composed of a magnetic body and fixed to the upper face of the arm 5; and a magnet 2 fixed to the lower part of the door.
