Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent damage of a glass positioned below a belt line.
CONSTITUTION: An opening 6 covered with a glass 4b is formed in a position lower than a belt line BL in a side door SD. The glass 4b is coated with a protecting member 21 from the outer side of a car body. A side door or the like opened of an adjacently parked automobile is prevented from coming into direct contact with the glass 4b.
