To provide a door opening/closing structure which enables a change of an opening/closing method, which can be simplified, and which enables the inside of a door body to be properly covered with lining.
The door body 14 is rotatably journaled to a vehicle body 12 via a second rotating shaft 33 which is provided in a link member 24, journaled on the side of the vehicle body 12 in such a manner as to be rotatable on a first rotating shaft 19, in parallel with the first rotating shaft 19. An opening 13 can be opened/closed in a first opening/closing mode in which the door body is locked to the link member 24 and rotated on the first rotating shaft 19, and a second opening/closing mode in which the door body is rotated on the rotating shaft 33 with respect to the link member 24 rotated on the rotating shaft 19.
