To provide a lightweight door that is excellent in fire resistance efficiency and workability.SOLUTION: A fire resistant door (door) 11 has an openable/closable main body 20 that is engaged with a frame 150. The main body 20 includes: an exterior body 100 comprised of steel plates 101, 102; a panel member 22 that is included in the exterior body 100 and contains calcium silicate; and a fire resistant sheet 32 that covers a steel plate surface 103 of the exterior body 100, foams at a predetermined temperature, and forms a heat insulation layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
