To provide an improved door system for a module incorporated in an aircraft.
A door system for a module incorporated in an aircraft includes a folding door including a first door part 3 and a second door part 4, the first and second door parts 3, 4 being pivotally connected to each other, and a door frame arranged so that the folding door is movable between an opening position and a closing position. The door frame has a guide rail and the folding door has a guide member 16, and the guide member 16 is arranged on the guide rail for guiding the folding door. The folding door has a rod structure part having first and second rod parts 10, 12, and the first rod part 10 is pivotally connected to the first door part 3 and the second rod part 12 is pivotally connected to the second door part 4. The first and second rod parts 10, 12 are pivotally connected to each other with a bearing mechanism 15.
