A housing 20 having a space 26, one side of which is opened, is fixed to a door, an upper arm 30 and a lower arm 34 are respectively fixed to the housing 20 by a pin 28 and a pin 32, both arms are connected to each other by a connecting member 44, and the arms are installed so that they are energized to be separated from each other by a spring 42. Below the lower arm, a metallic holder 50 having a packing 52 is hung on the housing by a spring 58 for energizing the metallic holder to be lifted when a door lock device is put in the unlock position. By the operation of the door lock device, an actuating member 64 is moved, the free end of the upper arm is pressed down by the locking operation, the lower arm is oscillated by repulsive force of the spring 42, and the metallic holder is pushed downward against the force of the spring 58 to come into contact with the floor, thereby closing a clearance between the door and the floor.
