Title:
DOOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000027558
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To retaining a sound insulation property and secure a ventilation property of a door by forming a sound insulation part and a louver at the vertically inverted positions of the obverse and reverse sides of the door respectively and fitting a ventilating and sound insulating part in which a ventilation space is formed, at the opening of the lower part of the door.

An opening 2a is formed at the lower part of a door frame 2, and a ventilating and sound insulating part 3 formed of the outside part 3a and the inside part 3b is fitted and fixed thereto. In the outside part 3a, decoration plywood 6, plywood 7, lead sheets 8, and rockwool felt 9 are stuck on the upper part of a bead 5 in sequence to form a sound insulation part, and a louver 10 is mounted in the lower part. To the contrary, a louver 16 is installed at the upper part and a sound insulation part is installed at the lower part in the inside 3b having the same structure. A ventilation space 17 is defined between the outside part 3a and the inside part 3b. In this way, external noise intruding from the louver 10 collides with the sound insulation part of the inside part 3b and passes through the ventilation space 17 and attenuates owing to absorption, reflection, and interference, and propagates from the louver 16 to the indoor side. Accordingly, sound insulation property can be kept and the ventilation of the indoor and outdoor sides can be secured.
