To provide an entrance supervisory device for controlling a plurality of entering persons and preventing a person present in the vicinity of an entrance without receiving permission from entering the room.
This entrance supervisory device includes: an electric lock 10 for locking and unlocking a door; a card reader 8 to which personal information is input; a registered person information storing means 16 for previously storing personal information of a person permitted to enter; a discrimination means 17 for discriminating the permission of entrance when the personal information stored in the registered person information storing means 16 conforms to the personal information input to the card reader 8; a number of persons storing means 18 for storing the number of persons discriminated to receive permission of entrance; a monitoring camera 7 monitoring the vicinity of an entrance of the door; a person identifying means 19 for identifying the number of persons imaged on a photo taken by the monitoring camera 7, a number of persons storing means 20 and a control device 9 for unlocking the electric lock 10 when the number of persons stored in the number of person storing means 18 is conformable to that stored in the number of persons storing means 20.
