Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dopant for conductive polymers which can improve conductivity of a conductive polymer and enables production of a conductive polymer film having good adhesiveness to metal surfaces and a composition for production of a conductive polymer which contains the dopant for conductive polymers.SOLUTION: A dopant for conductive polymers contains a sulfonated product of a conjugated diene (co)polymer. The conjugated diene (co)polymer preferably contains repeating units derived from at least one compound selected from butadiene, isoprene, 2,3-dimethylbutadiene and piperylene.
