To provide a dose measuring element capable of reducing a size, by constituting the measurement element for a radiation of not gas but a solid as a mixed layer of a tissue-equivalent plastic and a high-resistance of metal oxide thin film, capable of precisely measuring an absorbed dose in a biotissue, by bonding it onto a human body region, or by forming it into an organ shape to mold an organ model, because it is molded into an optional shape, and capable of measuring the dose preliminarily or in real time, and to provide a dose measuring instrument which uses the element.
This dosimetric measuring element 1 has a base member 11 constituted of the tissue equivalent plastic, the thin film layer 12 constituted of a semiconductor or an insulator formed on a surface of the base member 11, and at least one pair of electrodes 13, 13 provided in the thin-film layer 12.
