Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the safety and the profitability by specifying the number of blade, and inserting a protecting plate into a tube to be cut so as to eliminate the wrong cutting of a communication cable.
CONSTITUTION: Steel blades 10 are provided in the tip of a main body 1, and a cover 3 is provided so as to maintain the safety of the steel blades 10. The cover 3 and a guide plate 4 are connected to each other freely to be moved, and the guide plate 4 and a protecting plate 5 are connected to each other freely to be moved. The guide plate 4 and the protecting plate 5 pinch a part of the tube to be cut.
