Abstract:
To provide a double-blank detection device capable of surely detecting any double-blank irrespective of the weight (thickness) of the blank.
The double-blank detection device A detects any double-blank while the blank S is held by a first holding roller 12 and a second holding roller 22. The double-blank detection device A includes a first turning arm 1 having a first thickness detector 11 for measuring the distance of separation and the first holding roller 12, and a second turning arm 2 having a second thickness detector 21 for measuring the distance of separation and the second holding roller 22, and the first turning arm 1 and the second turning arm 2 are independently turnable from each other around the same axis.
