To decrease manufacturing costs of a container with a spouting cylinder and a double container.
The outer peripheral face of a welded part 23 is formed with projecting parts 25 which are smaller than a ring part 22 and projecting outward in the radial direction respectively at positions opposing each other across the axis O of the container 20 with the spouting cylinder in the radial direction. The cross-sectional view of these welded projecting parts 25 is a triangular shape having top part 25a at the outer end in the radial direction, and a standing face 25b connecting the top part 25a with the outer peripheral face of the welded part 23 is made to be flat or a convex curved face. The inner peripheral face of the upper end opening part of the container 24 is joined to the welded projecting part 25 and the welded part 23 over the whole periphery.
