Abstract:

PURPOSE: To contrive the improvement of cooling effect as well as the stable support of castable refractories constituting a furnace wall, restrain the adhesion of clinker and improve the durability of the furnace wall.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling medium introducing port 6 is provided on an outer plate 3, positioned at the outer surface side of a furnace of a cooling box 1, in which the flow passage of cooling medium is defined, and a pipe 7 for the cooling medium is provided at the inner side of furnace of a partitioning plate 4, positioned at the inner surface side of furnace of the cooling box 1, while the pipe 7 is connected so that the inlet port 7a of one end of the pipe 7 is opened in the cooling box 1 positioned so as to be apart from the introducing port 6. Further, the outlet port unit 7b of the other end of the pipe 7 is extended in opposite direction to the inlet port 7a and is led out to the outside of the cooling box 1 after penetrating the partitioning plate 4 and the outer plate 3 while a multitude of anchoring stud pins 9, 9' are planted on the surface of inside of furnace side of the pipe 7 with a requested interval and the pipe 7 as well as the stud pins 9, 9' are buried into castable refractories 11 applied on the partitioning plate 4 of inside of furnace side.
