Abstract:
To provide an air pressure-fluid pressure conversion booster which is downsized compared to conventional products.SOLUTION: A double cylinder type booster 20 includes: an air cylinder part 21; a first fluid pressure cylinder part 31 provided at one end of the air cylinder part; a second fluid pressure cylinder part 41 provided at the other end of the air cylinder part; a partition wall 22 for dividing an internal space of the air cylinder part into a first air cylinder chamber 23 at one end side and a second air cylinder chamber 24 at the other end side; a first air piston 25 disposed in a slidable manner in the first air cylinder chamber; a second air piston 26 disposed in a slidable manner in the second air cylinder chamber; a first fluid pressure piston 27 in which one end is coupled to the first air piston and the other end moves forward or backward in the first fluid pressure cylinder part; a second fluid pressure piston 28 in which one end is coupled to the second air piston and the other end moves forward or rearward in the second fluid pressure cylinder part; and multiple ports connected to these cylinder chambers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
