Abstract:
To provide a multi-layer film that has sufficient adhesion to other members, and includes a base material layer containing a resin containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer and an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a multi-layer film, comprising: a base layer; and an adhesive layer that is disposed in contact with at least one surface of the base layer, in which the base material layer contains a resin containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer, and the adhesive layer is a layer obtained by curing an urethane resin containing a polyurethane (A) and an epoxy compound (B) having a sorbitol skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: None
