Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered woven fabric of a ground yarn bonding type for paper-making use, usable without generating a state in which a warp is absent on the upper layer face at the bonded part and free from the trouble of the local excessive dehydration.
SOLUTION: The double-layered woven fabric for industrial use is characterized in that the warp of the upper layer does not consecutively weave an upper layer warp to be woven with the upper layer warp on a woven fabric texture several times at one or several parts of a complete texture, the upper layer warp weaves the lower layer weft several times toward the lower layer from the lower layer side at the parts and then weaving the upper layer weft toward the upper layer side to function as a bonding yarn, the lower layer warp does not weave the lower layer weft at a part having the upper layer warp weaving the lower layer weft from the lower layer side and weaves the upper layer weft which is not woven with the upper layer warp toward the upper layer side from the upper layer side to function as a bonding yarn.
