Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double lock capable of being used in both a rightward- opening door and a leftward-opening door. SOLUTION: This double lock 1 has a first cylinder and a second cylinder rotatable individually and capable of locking and unlocking. A first arm 18 extending in the radial direction from an inner end part of the firs cylinder and a second arm 33 extending in the radial direction from an inner end part of the second cylinder face each other so as to form one straight line when the lock 1 is locked, and a tip 46 of the first arm 18 forming a projecting arc having a radius r is stored on an inner side of a tip 51 of the second arm 33 forming a recessed arc having a slightly larger radius than the radius r.
