Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double lock member of a connector that prevents the retention from being released by external force caused by a collision with other members and prevents associated members from being broken even if the retention and release are repeated without becoming large in size.
SOLUTION: A double lock member 10 of a connector 1 is inserted into an insertion hole 4 located in a side plate 3 and a side wall 23 of housing 2 and comprises a flexible arm 13 having a retaining protrusion 12 formed by providing a notch 11 to the rear end side, and a terminal supporting strip 14 having a hook 15 on its edge that comes in contact with the side plate 3 of the housing 2. In addition, a recessed part 5 is formed on the peripheral area of the insertion hole 4 of the side plate 3; a retainign rib 6 is formed on the recessed part 5 protrusively; a retained hole 16 which is retained by the retaining rib 6 is formed in the hook 15.
