Title:
DOUBLE-PIPE HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017026248
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-pipe heat exchanger capable of reducing the number of exclusive components of a freezing cycle in which the double-pipe heat exchanger is used as an intermediate heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A double-pipe heat exchanger 1 comprises an outer pipe 2 and an inner pipe 3 arranged within the outer pipe 2 while being spaced apart, a clearance between the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 becomes a first refrigerant flow passage 4 and an inside part of the inner pipe 3 becomes a second refrigerant flow passage 5. There are arranged corrugated fins 15 composed of wave top parts 15a, wave bottom parts 15b and connector parts 15c connecting the wave top parts 15a with the wave bottom parts 15b, and the wave top parts 15a and the wave bottom parts 15b face to a refrigerant flow direction in the second refrigerant flow passage 5. The wave top parts 15a of the fins 15 are connected to the inner circumferential surface of the inner pipe 3. A desiccant agent bag 18 made of material having air permeability and liquid permeability and having desiccant agent therein is arranged in a clearance 17 formed at an inside portion in a radial direction rather than the fins 15 in the inner pipe 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
