Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device wherein its manufacturing process is simplified an the temperature of NG has is prevented from falling down near an NG outlet header tank so that thermal stress can be reduced near the header tank.
CONSTITUTION: Internal tubes are extended through an NG outlet header tank 2 provided at the upper end and an LNG inlet header tank 4 is disposed above the header tank 2, and liquefied natural gas is fed into the internal tubes through the header tank 2 so that vaporized gas is discharged from the lower parts of the internal tubes, and from the lower ends in internal tubes, upwards through annular passages, in the form of U-shaped flow, and through holes provided on top of the header tank 2 are fitted onto the outer periphery of the internal tubes and a predetermined internal diameter is provided by adding the thickness of insulating material. And the internal tubes are inserted into cylindrical members 20 provided in the through holes so that the upper ends of the members 20 are welded to the internal tubes.
