Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can improve an abutment state of a rolling face of a double-row conical roller bearing and first and second both inner ring raceways 7, 8, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There are adjusted: inclination angles θ, θof first and second both inner ring raceways 7, 8 in a state before first and second both inner rings 10, 11 are externally fitted to a fitting face part 13a of a hub main body 12a by pressure-insertion; amounts δθ, δθof inclination angle reduction of the first and second both inner ring raceways 7, 8 which are generated accompanied by the external fit of the first and second both inner rings 10, 11 to the fitting face part 13a by the pressure-insertion; and an amount δθof inclination angle increase of the first inner ring raceway 7 which is generated accompanied by the formation of a caulked part 15. By this constitution, the inclination angles φ, Θof the first and second both inner ring raceways 7, 8 in a state after the formation of the caulked part 15 are accommodated in respective proper ranges.
