The double-row roller bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2 having double-row raceway surfaces 2a, 2b as an internal member, an outer ring 3 having double-row raceway surfaces 3a, 3b and arranged on an outer periphery of the inner ring 2 as an external member, cylindrical rollers 4 arranged between the raceway surface 2a of the inner ring 2 and the raceway surface 3a of the outer ring 3, and tapered rollers 5 arranged between the raceway surface 2b of the inner ring 2 and the raceway surface 3b of the outer ring 3. A second oil thrower 14 is adjacently arranged at a counter-free end side of an axle S between both ends of the inner ring 2. A protrusion 14a as a control section K for coming into contact with a first flange section 2c of the inner ring 2 and controlling assembly from one end at a side having a third flange section 2e of the inner ring 2 is arranged on the second oil thrower 14.
