Abstract:
PURPOSE:A said mechanism, which is used in the plant for handling foods such as milk, and capable of perfectly preventing the liquid from being mixed when closed the valve unit. CONSTITUTION:When closed a first valve unit 7, even in the case with some foreign materials put between the first valve unit 7 and a first valve seat 5 and the before said first valve unit 7 not capable of being perfectly closed, a seating is made by the action of a spring 18 between the first valve unit 7 and a second valve seat 19, and a second valve unit 22 comes to be in a state apart from a third valve seat 20, causing a leak of liquid, deriving from an imperfect closing of the first valve unit 7, to be dischargeable through a discharge port 23, thus can never be mixed the leak of liquid into the liquid in an outlet-inlet pipe 12. And when opened the first valve unit 7, a seating of the second valve unit 22 is made to the third valve seat 20 by the tension of the spring 18, to prevent the liquid from leaking out of the discharge port 23.
