Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the clearance between a valve disk and a valve seat to be approximately constant even when the stroke of a first valve stem has slight error in a partially opened condition of a valve where a first valve disk is closed, and a second valve disk is slightly opened.
SOLUTION: In a double seal valve, a valve seat 6 is provided on a communication passage to communicate an upper flow passage with a lower flow passage, a first valve disk 7 engaged with an inner circumferential side of the valve seat 6 is provided on a first valve stem, a second valve disk 9 to be pushingly engaged with an upper part side of the valve seat 6 is provided on a second valve stem, and an opening/closing drive mechanism to open/close drive the first valve disk 7 and the second valve disk 9 through the first valve stem and the second valve stem is provided. A slight open clearance Q1 to be formed between the second valve disk 9 and the valve seat 6 opposite thereto when the second valve disk 9 is opened, is formed over the prescribed open stroke L1 of the second valve disk 9.
